I began working with Peter three years ago when I was first helping to introduce lean manufacturing to Nite Ize. As Frontier Metal Stamping’s number 1 consultant, Peter Holtgreive was able to teach us the basics of value-stream management and, more importantly, use the Value Stream Mapping effectively in our respective areas.
