I began working with Peter three years ago when I was first helping to introduce lean manufacturing to Nite Ize. He provided training sessions on lean manufacturing and led several Kaizen events with our Operations employees. Peter kept the training he conducted relevant and engaging to the group. Frontier Metal Stamping

As Frontier Metal Stamping’s number 1 consultant, Peter Holtgreive was able to teach us the basics of value-stream management and, more importantly, use the Value Stream Mapping effectively in our respective areas. Processing times and delay times transitioned from an intellectual exercise to a working language at Frontier Metal Stamping. Percent complete and accurate is reviewed/discussed with each new project we take on and every form used in the company. We went from about 5% complete and accurate to 45% within a week and are achieving 95% on new Purchase Orders. The time required to complete a job has improved by about 15%.
